About DRM
DRM is a family-owned and operated company, which was founded in 1977 by Dean Johnson. His sons, Matt and Marc Johnson, who joined the company in 1984, are President & CEO and President & COO, respectively. Matt and Marc literally grew up in fast food and brought with them the experience, talent and foresight to make DRM a very flexible and enjoyable place to work. "We provide the atmosphere, flexibility and an opportunity for learning and growth, and feel this is what makes us the employer of choice for the right people," said Matt Johnson. "The success of DRM is the collective effort of the entire DREAM Team! DRM currently owns and operates 69 Arby's Restaurants in four states with a corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. This makes DRM the 3rd largest Arby's franchisee in the system.
