• Must be 18 years old and will assist the General Manager<br />
• Provide high level of leadership/responsibility<br />
• Maintain high level of cleanliness in restaurant<br />
• Support sales & profit growth<br />
• Operate in accordance operating standards<br />
Requires a high level responsibility & desire to serve quality products!

Shift Manager-Entry level & Experienced: I was promoted to this first level of management within my first year and am looking forward to following the DRM Career Path!<br />
• Must be 18 years old<br />
• Assist management staff<br />
• Provide high level of leadership<br />
• Maintain high level of cleanliness in restaurant<br />
• Must have high level of responsibility<br />
Requires a high level of communication!

Crew –Entry Level:</b> Great team, flexible hours and no 24/7 operation make DRM a great place to start my career!<br />
• Take customer orders<br />
• Prepare food to order<br />
• Clean all restaurant areas<br />
• Assist management staff<br />
